		<description>I&#039;m glad you&#039;re passing on my advice-I&#039;m flattered!  I got the info from one of the GI docs I was working for since I was feeling so bloated and starting to get constipated.  I hadn&#039;t seen my ob yet, so all I had was the GI doc to turn to (and most of my friends had not been pregnant yet).  Too bad citrucel doesn&#039;t some in a generic form, but people can find coupons out there (I just saw some in the Sunday paper).  I drank it really fast, and under mixed it too, just to keep the volume down.  I swallowed my prenatal vitamin down at the same time and then moved on to breakfast.  It was a good routine and I never had a problem through 2 pregnancies. Happy pooping to all!
