I almost choked on chocolate milk. What a way to nearly die. I promise not to "go there" hahahaha I had a hard time getting Sophia to take a bottle, so it was suggested to me at one of the "living with baby" classes to try a sippy cup. That worked, she took it when she was at home, but once she started daycare it was a no-go. At daycare they tried every bottle/nipple combo they had in their stash and so we switch to bottles. Our sippy cups were put in storage, somewhere...I'm still looking for them. I hid them too well. Damn it. All I have is her Foogo. She used to drink from it, but now won't touch it. She knows what it is, she knows what it's for, she just has a strong preference for boob. Long story semi-shortened, the whole weaning thing is slow going over here. Now that she can scoot around she wants to be free. As for Flash Fiction Friday, let me tell you what Chloe put in her mouth today...a grapehead (god I love that candy, but where did she find it?) which I spotted when she foamed purple down my leg, a piece of dog food, the water bill, a piece of the caning from a chair, fur, and who knows what else. It's a losing battle I tell you. Speaking of things in her mouth, we've tried two different sippy cups and she can suck but she can't swallow (lets not go there) are you having any success?
