She squeaks delighted to see him run under the chairs and beds and giggles when he leaps to high places. She follows him butt-scooting wherever she can. She loves the cat. Too bad the feeling isn’t mutual. He looks up at me as if to say, “Would you keep that damn pink squishy thing AWAY!”

*looks around puzzled* Where is everybody? I’ve always had dogs. They’re slightly more tolerant of infants and toddlers, but when my oldest became mobile enough to catch the dog we had at the time, I swear I heard her gasp! Hope the kitty doesn’t damage the little one… she’s way too cute for scars.

Mojo - We also have two dogs, but they don’t have much contact with Sophia. The cat is actually pretty tolerant of Sophia, but he was declawed as a kitten because I knew I wanted kids and didn’t want a little scarface baby.

    LOL! I can picture that!
What a typical trait of the cat you outline!

Please keep your coochie coo baby away from the claws!

Mona, you should meet Sophia in person! She’s so much sweeter than you could ever imagine!

Cute 55, Erica. I can just see Bailey’s expression.

The *vampire* screams with happiness when she sees our cats too, but it is the dog I feel sorry for. Just when Shadowbear gets comfortable she crawls over quickly to pull out another clump of fur (and as a Chow he has a lot). You should see the look on his face at night when she goes to bed, pure joy! He has always liked little kids too, but I think he is rethinking that.

    mona - Thank you :-)

smarmoofus - Well just in case you couldn’t picture it, I’ve taken one that I’ll post soon. ;-)

Thank you so much G-Man, and Missy ;-)

Susan Anderson - haha we have two dogs both VERY heavy shedders as well. Sophia doesn’t get much contact with them though. We really don’t want to add fur as one of her main food groups ;-)

ciara - hehehe yep I did that’s why I added the word, “tradition” to the title :P

Susie - He is for now! ;-)
