I love that you have the Holy Toast thing, too! We haven't yet baby proofed our kitchen but we need to. My son gets into EVERYTHING and it's a constant "NO!" from me and running over to stop him from pulling all of the towels out of the drawer or jamming his fingers in the cabinet door.
