I just get stressed out about holding up the line. I mean there are so many things to juggle as I pointed out in the post. I don't check bags unless traveling for a couple weeks or during Christmas, and I've been selected numerous times for "extra" screening in which they pat you down and dig through your undies. It's just very demeaning to me. I'll go to a nude or topless beach or whatever and it's no big deal - those are on my terms. This is like raping your privacy. The worst thing was I had to go through the special screening when I bought an emergency ticket to go see my grandfather die (we knew he was going). I was traveling alone because Kurt was in Spain. My eyes were puffy from crying all night and I nearly burst into tears when they were going through my stuff. I guess I'm pretty possessive to top it off. Ack! - that was depressing. That does not sound like fun at all. I have the same breast pump (borrowing from a friend) and thankfully I haven't had to fly. I have had to cram it in to a motorcycle trunk bag, and use it numerous times in the front seat of my car, but that's all on my own terms.
