I have had so much trouble in the past. My jugs are really heavy (even before babies and extra weight) and the Victoria Secret bras aren't strong enough. I have to go to the big lady store, but even there I have trouble because I'm only a 34-36 and most of their bras start at 38. I'm glad you found some you like. Sometimes it can be a lifelong quest! Vic Grace – Very good to know! I’d hate to get a lumpy look. I just hope that these expensive things can last long enough to justify their cost. I mean if I can’t make them last at least as long as el cheapos then I need to find something a little more middle-of-the-road.

In the past I have been a tight wad as far as bras are concerned and was familiar with straps falling off the shoulder most of the time, but a couple of years ago I indulged in a good bra and it was great, since then I have continued to indulge and even at 61 I am perky again rather than having the lumpy look and I look slimmer too.

Yay...a Victoria's Secret convert! Yeah, they're a little pricey, but the comfort is awesome. I'm a no-underwire girl too, so I know what you mean about the small suggestion. My ass-vice is to find the size and kind you like and then just order them online. Of course, then there's the chance of them sending you never-ending catalogs, but the upside is that no one else has worn the bra before you...sometimes those drawers of samples are a little used looking. I swore my whole pregnancy there was no way I could get any bigger (I’m a 38 DD!!!) and I did. I didn’t even breast feed and I still don’t fit properly into my bras. I refuse, however, to buy a bigger one. It’s called denial, and I’m ok with it ;=)

OMG! You had me rolling here. I especially enjoyed your take on your former milk juggs. You just summed up every bra shopping excursion I've ever had. Try going from a 48 DD to a 33 D (yes, I realize that's not a size, that's part of my problem) . Those "clerks" look at you like you just stepped out of the UFO. Great post!
