I have a semi-permanent-but-rotating pile of clean clothes <i>right in front of my dresser</i>, and when that pile (and my dresser) did not contain any socks or undies last week, I washed all of my dirty clothes in two loads back-to-back. And now I have added a huge basket of clean clothes to the pile. I keep walking around it to get into and out of my bed.
