55 Flash Fiction Friday: Greetings to you Exuberance

The motorcycle rolls in, “Daddy’s home,” I say. She runs to the window watching him check the mail, then runs to the top of the stairs. “Eh-Low!” She shouts.

“He can’t hear you from there.” Down the stairs she goes, pushes open the door purposely left ajar, “Eh-low, eh-low, eh-low”. She says in rapid fire.

Quite exuberant! Miss those “eh-low’s” from my kiddos ~ now I get bear hugs from my sons that just about squeeze the life from me, and I love ‘em for it :-)

They are cute at that age! I believe the answer to the question at the top of your page regarding returns is…”Its gonna hurt and cost extra!” Have a great day

    Erica Reply:

Mike – hahaha When Sophia and I go to Costco I have her hand the receipt to the checkers at the door. One day she was sitting in the front of the cart with the groceries and the guy checking our receipt said, “no returns on these unless they have a bar code. :P
